Gumweed binds with sticky mucous in the system and carries it out of the body, and is therefore excellent used in asthma, bronchitis, whooping cough and upper respiratory catarrh.

This Japanese Knotweed root was wild harvested in the Salmon River Range of the Rocky Mountains in an area known to be free of pesticides and herbicides. It has been tinctured in small batches in food grade alcohol with time tested methods for producing a superior quality product.

Lyme: Japanese Knotweed has a long list of medicinal uses especially as a broad-spectrum antibacterial and has been found effective against spirochetes including Borrelia burdorferi(Lyme).
