I am a 76 year old male and I have had significant Prostate issues due to Benign Prostate Enlargement (BPE) since the year 2000. I have been taking prescription FloMax but it has become less effective the past few years. A friend recommend that I try Fiona's Forest Prostate Care Tincture. It took some time to notice significant improvement but after taking a total of 28oz. of PCT at 2 tsp. twice a day “faithfully”, I can share with confidence and certainty that I am now finally seeing “SIGNIFICANT”, “AMAZING” improvement.  My urine flow has increased, I am able to empty my bladder when I urinate and the past few nights I have not had to get up once during the night to go to the bathroom. For me this is a significant and AMAZING improvement. I would highly recommend giving this product a try if you suffer from BPE. As we get older and struggle with our various health issues from SUGAR, etc. we have to remember that it is going to take time, to undo the many years of abuse.
