I am a 76 year old male that suffers from lower back pain and Insomnia. I have been using the above tincture for 10 months.  Before I began using the tincture I would have difficulties getting in and out of bed or a chair and walking was very difficult due to lower back pain. I often would not be able to fall asleep before 3am due to insomnia.  After taking 2tsp. each morning and evening for a little over 6 weeks I began noticing significant relief in my back pain and I was finding it easier to fall asleep shortly after midnight.  Currently after 10 months of taking this tincture I am able to walk normally again with no noticeable back pain  and I am getting from 7 to 8 hours sleep each night. While everyone's causes for back pain and sleeplessness is different, I would highly recommend trying this tincture if you are suffering from these symptoms.
